Autumn Salad with Fiocco della Valtellina


Ingredients


AUTUMN SALAD WITH FIOCCO DELLA VALTELLINA

Ingredients for 4 people:
1 head of lettuce (such as iceberg)
4 walnuts
1 Golden Delicious apple
2 white figs
2 black figs
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
1 90-gram package of Rigamonti Fiocco della Valtellina

Procedure


AUTUMN SALAD WITH FIOCCO DELLA VALTELLINA

Wash the lettuce and tear into pieces. Arrange in a salad bowl and add the walnut kernels. Slice the apple. Clean and slice the figs and add to the lettuce. Add the apple slices. Dress with oil, salt and pepper and toss. Slice the Fiocco della Valtellina into strips and add to the other ingredients. Serve immediately.
